These Terms of Service (β€œTerms”) govern your access to and use of the 24Seven Taxi website, booking tools, passenger applications, driver applications, communications, and related services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, booking through, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services Provided

24Seven Taxi provides transportation-related services, booking tools, dispatch tools, ride coordination, communications, and related platform features for passengers and drivers. Availability may vary by area, vehicle, time, driver availability, safety conditions, and operational limits.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of forming a binding agreement to use the services.

Passenger users must provide accurate booking and contact information.

Driver users may be subject to additional screening, documentation, insurance, licensing, vehicle, safety, and compliance requirements.

4. Accounts and Information Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when using our website, apps, forms, or communication channels. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your contact details, trip information, and account-related information.

5. Bookings and Ride Requests

  • Submitting a booking request does not guarantee immediate acceptance or driver availability.
  • Pickup times may vary due to traffic, weather, operational conditions, safety concerns, flight changes, demand, or events outside our control.
  • Passengers are responsible for providing correct pickup, drop-off, airline, terminal, contact, and scheduling information.
  • We may refuse, cancel, or modify a booking when necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, operational reasons, or service limitations.

6. Pricing, Payment, and Charges

Fares, quotes, minimums, wait time charges, tolls, cancellation fees, no-show fees, cleaning charges, damage charges, and other service fees may apply depending on the trip and service type. Quoted prices may be estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise.

  • You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable amounts for services requested or used.
  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, route changes, excessive cleaning, damage, tolls, or inaccurate booking details.
  • If a payment method fails, we may suspend service or require another valid payment method before further service is provided.

7. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellation and no-show fees may apply depending on timing, driver dispatch status, airport conditions, special events, or other trip circumstances. A passenger who is not present or not reachable within a reasonable time may be treated as a no-show.

8. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers must behave lawfully and safely during any ride or booking interaction.
  • No passenger may threaten, harass, abuse, distract, or endanger any driver, dispatcher, employee, contractor, or other rider.
  • No smoking, illegal drug use, open-container violations, vandalism, or unlawful conduct is allowed in connection with the service.
  • Passengers may be charged for damage, extreme mess, or conditions requiring cleaning or taking a vehicle out of service.

9. Driver Conduct and Driver Terms

Drivers using driver-facing services must comply with all applicable laws, licensing rules, insurance requirements, vehicle requirements, safety expectations, platform rules, and dispatch instructions. Driver access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated for violations, poor performance, safety concerns, fraud, misrepresentation, or failure to meet operational standards.

10. Communications, Email, and Text Messaging

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications related to bookings, dispatch, ride updates, receipts, support, account matters, service notices, and operational issues.

These communications may be sent by phone call, SMS or text message, email, app notification, or other reasonable communication methods.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

Promotional messages, if used, may include unsubscribe or opt-out instructions. Transactional or service-related messages may still be sent as needed for active bookings or account matters.

11. App Permissions and Device Use

Certain app features may require access to location, notifications, phone functions, camera, storage, or related device permissions. Denying permissions may limit or disable parts of the service. Driver apps may require foreground and background location access for dispatch and trip-related functions.

12. Prohibited Use

  • You may not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes.
  • You may not interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected data, reverse engineer restricted systems, or misuse the booking or dispatch process.
  • You may not use false names, stolen payment methods, spoofed contact information, or inaccurate trip information to obtain services.

13. Intellectual Property

The website, apps, branding, text, graphics, layouts, software components, and service-related content are owned by 24Seven Taxi or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or exploited without authorization, except as permitted by law.

14. Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on third-party providers for maps, payments, messaging, email delivery, hosting, analytics, mobile platforms, and related infrastructure. We are not responsible for downtime, errors, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

15. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an β€œas is” and β€œas available” basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact pickup times, exact ETA accuracy, error-free operation, or service availability in every situation.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 24Seven Taxi and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or other intangible losses arising from or related to the use of the services.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 24Seven Taxi and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, your unlawful conduct, or your infringement of the rights of another person or entity.
